Purchase Terms – Zatilo®

These Purchase Terms (“Terms”) govern purchases made through the Zatilo® online store. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.

Zatilo® reserves the right to accept, decline, hold, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

  • Product availability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

  • Payment verification issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete order information

  • Unusual purchasing activity

If an order is canceled after payment has been successfully processed, the applicable amount will be refunded according to our payment and refund procedures.

2. Pricing and Payment

Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on the Zatilo® website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Product prices, promotional prices, discounts, and availability may change from time to time without prior notice.

Payment must generally be completed before an order enters fulfillment.

  • A refund to the original payment method

We reserve the right to limit product quantities, temporarily remove products, or discontinue products without prior notice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates displayed by Zatilo® are provided for reference and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Typical estimated delivery times may include:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days

Processing time may apply before an order is shipped.

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Carrier delays

  • Severe weather

  • Customs processing

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Holidays

  • High-volume shipping periods

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Zatilo® is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

5. Order Changes and Cancellation

Customers may request to modify or cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase.

Please contact the Zatilo® Customer Service Team as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

If fulfillment, packaging, or shipping preparation has already begun, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel the order.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the applicable return procedure after delivery.

Submitting a cancellation request within the 12-hour period does not guarantee that cancellation will be possible if fulfillment has already started.

6. Taxes, Duties, and Import Charges

Customers are responsible for any applicable sales taxes, customs duties, import taxes, or local charges unless such fees are already collected at checkout.

For international orders, additional customs or import charges may be imposed by local authorities.

These charges are determined by the destination country or region and are generally outside the control of Zatilo®.

International customers are encouraged to review applicable import requirements before placing an order.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to the Zatilo® Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible returned products should generally be:

  • In their original condition

  • Unused or without significant signs of use

  • Undamaged

  • Returned with original packaging whenever reasonably possible

  • Returned with all included parts, accessories, connectors, attachments, and components

  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase or order information

Products showing damage caused by misuse, modification, improper storage, excessive wear, or use outside their intended purpose may not qualify for a refund.

Returned products are subject to inspection.

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping charges and other applicable fees will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Gardening Tool Use and Safety

Customers are responsible for using Zatilo® gardening products safely and only for their intended purpose.

Some products may contain:

  • Sharp blades

  • Pointed tips

  • Cutting edges

  • Metal components

  • Springs or moving mechanisms

  • Pressurized water connections

Always use appropriate care when operating gardening tools.

For pruning shears, hedge shears, loppers, weeders, transplanters, and other cutting or pointed tools:

  • Keep fingers and hands away from cutting edges

  • Close or lock blades when not in use where applicable

  • Keep tools away from children

  • Wear appropriate protective equipment when necessary

  • Do not use damaged tools

  • Do not modify the product

  • Use tools only within their intended cutting or working capacity

Always inspect tools before use.

10. Watering Products and Hose Accessories

Watering nozzles, watering wands, hose connectors, adapters, and related products should only be used with compatible garden watering systems.

Customers should:

  • Confirm connector compatibility before use

  • Secure connections before turning on water

  • Avoid exceeding recommended water pressure

  • Inspect seals and connectors periodically

  • Disconnect products when necessary during freezing conditions

  • Store watering accessories appropriately when not in use

Damage caused by excessive water pressure, incompatible fittings, freezing, modification, or improper installation may not qualify as a product defect.

11. Product Care and Maintenance

Proper care can help extend the life of your Zatilo® gardening tools.

Depending on the product, we recommend:

  • Removing soil and debris after use

  • Drying metal tools before storage

  • Keeping cutting blades clean

  • Storing tools in a dry location

  • Keeping moving joints free of excessive dirt

  • Periodically checking bolts, screws, connectors, and fittings

  • Protecting tools from prolonged exposure to moisture

  • Following any product-specific care instructions provided

Normal scratches, surface marks, soil stains, blade wear, or cosmetic changes resulting from regular gardening use are generally considered normal wear.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zatilo® will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, improper installation, or inability to use our products or website.

Products should be used only for their intended purposes and in accordance with applicable instructions and reasonable safety practices.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

13. Fraud Prevention

To help protect customers and maintain secure transactions, Zatilo® reserves the right to review, hold, refuse, or cancel orders involving suspected:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Unauthorized payment methods

  • Payment verification issues

  • Identity verification concerns

  • Promotion or coupon abuse

  • Excessive or suspicious transactions

Additional verification may be requested before certain orders are processed.
